PAUT offers superior imaging capabilities and greater flexibility compared to conventional ultrasonic testing (UT), making it widely used in industries such as oil & gas, aerospace, power generation, and manufacturing.
This course provides in-depth training on the principles of PAUT, including beam steering, focusing, and scanning techniques. Participants will learn how to set up and calibrate PAUT equipment, interpret phased array images, and apply PAUT to various inspection scenarios. The course also covers the advantages of PAUT over traditional UT, data acquisition, and compliance with industry standards such as ASNT, ISO, ASTM, and API.
